How can creating interfaces between accounting, finance, and human resource management can improve the performance of all three of these systems?

This what the ERP developers are trying to do. At the end, those section are part of 1 organization. Reports, data generated by one section might be used by other section. So, if the data is under 1 platform or if not, they’re interfaced with each other, the data then can be used/ referred to by others. This way, you cut data storage duplication, faster data finding etc etc.
