I would highly recommend the use of a tax consultant. There are a lot of tax breaks for small businesses that most people just can’t keep up with.

you file 1040 but you will need a K1 for the partnership and I believe a form 1065 (

the hell with taxes i don’t pay them its been 11 years now. you need to read the Constitution again.
