Offer a buy something and get something for free promotion.
People love free stuff.
Maybe a free room cleaning or free car wash with every 6 cars washed. Something like that.

probably bidding on office buildings if you are big enough. Must show reliability and it wouldn’t hurt to have some of your bigger clients give you a letter of recommendation. Also advertise online and in newspapers with graphic detail.
