1) Economics: Studies and Analyzes the growth an economy and studies the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services in that economy. Economics is a social science.
Finance: Studies and addresses the ways in which individuals, businesses, and organizations raise, allocate, and use monetary resources over time.
2) Finance: corporate finance, consulting, financial markets, and investment and commercial banking. Financial analysis, cash management, securities analysis, or trading.
Economics: Quite self-explanatory really.

Mathematics and Economics will make you more employable, hands down. With those subjects you can also look into getting some seriously good internships.
